WMOF2018 does not collect any personal information other than information that is knowingly and willingly given by you. Through our interaction with you we may gather a range of contact details, including but not limited to, email address, mobile number, postal address and landline numbers.

We need to collect your personal information in order to respond to queries, process registration to become a volunteer, attend events and issue receipts. Any information volunteered by you will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the terms of the Data Protection Acts, 1988 and 2003 and the ePrivacy Regulations 2011 (as amended from time to time).
We also comply with the Personal Data Security Breach Code of Practice.
WMOF2018 will only processes personal data in line with one of the lawful basis enshrined in Article 7 of the GDPR.
